Key Responsibilities:

1. Artist Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with artists, musicians, and their management teams.
  • Act as the main point of contact for artists regarding PR opportunities, interviews, and media engagements.
  • Coordinate with artists to schedule press appearances, interviews, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure artists are well-represented in the media, maintaining a positive public image.

2. PR & Media Strategy:

  • Develop and execute PR strategies for promoting artists, including media outreach, press releases, and event coordination.
  • Craft compelling press materials (bios, press kits, media alerts) for artists.
  • Work closely with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage for artists' releases, tours, or public appearances.
  • Organize press conferences, media days, and artist meet-and-greets to maximize exposure.

3. Event & Campaign Management:

  • Assist in planning and executing artist-related events such as album launches, concerts, press events, and red-carpet appearances.
  • Collaborate with event managers and production teams to ensure smooth artist participation in promotional events.
  • Manage PR campaigns around key moments (new releases, tours, award shows) to build artist profiles.

4. Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships with brands, event organizers, and media outlets.
  • Secure endorsement deals, sponsorships, and collaboration opportunities for artists with relevant brands.
  • Join in negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit both the artist and the company.

5. Social Media & Digital Strategy:

  • Work with artists and their management teams to enhance their online presence through social media, digital platforms, and influencer collaborations.
  • Join with marketing team inedveloping digital PR campaigns to promote artists’ new content (e.g., music videos, interviews) across platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels and public sentiment to protect and enhance artists' reputations online.

6. Market Research & Trends:

  • Conduct market research to identify current trends in entertainment, music, and pop culture.
  • Monitor competitor activity and keep abreast of industry developments to provide strategic insights into artist promotions.
  • Analyze the performance of PR campaigns and provide feedback for future initiatives.

7. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with the marketing, event management, and social media teams to ensure cohesive promotion of the artists.
  • Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to identify cross-promotional opportunities with artists.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
