    • Work with the logistics and operations team to ensure commitments to customers are successfully delivered
    • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, Marine, Logistics, or Supply Chain
    • Fluent presentation skills, as well as strong communication abilities
    • Experience in sales and marketing in inland logistics, inland transportation, trucking logistics, sea freight, contract logistics, logistics solutions, or cross-border operations
    • At least 3 years of experience managing commercial, sales, and marketing functions
    • Excellent analytical skills and reporting capabilities
    • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, prioritization, proactive handling, and teamwork skills with the ability to meet deadlines
    • Able to travel frequently
