  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Executive with strong leadership skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, developing sales and marketing strategies, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business objectives. The candidate must also possess skills in both online and offline retail to successfully drive our sales initiatives across multiple channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company while gaining valuable experience in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends.
  • Assist in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our products or services across both online and offline retail channels.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales opportunities.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate records and effective communication.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance both online and offline retail efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and finance, to achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of both online and offline retail strategies is a must.
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
