We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires. Your expertise will help us attract top talent and build a strong workforce that aligns with our company culture and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and university partnerships.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates, and offering constructive feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create tailored job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization and a positive introduction to company culture.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate pipeline status.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive practices in talent acquisition to continually enhance our recruitment strategies.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment efforts to build a more diverse workforce.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate assessment techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
