Job Summary:

As a Talent Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to meet the hiring needs of our marketing and IT divisions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and help build a strong team that drives our company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and negotiating offers.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and recruitment metrics.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Actively engage on LinkedIn and other job portals to promote job openings and enhance the company’s visibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a marketing agency or IT company.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates effectively and make informed hiring decisions.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Active presence on LinkedIn and familiarity with other job portals and social media platforms for recruitment.
