Senior/ Project Manager (Chip Cards/Semiconductor Products)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Project Manager to lead projects in chip card and semiconductor product development. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and project management skills to ensure successful project execution within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of project life cycles for chip card and semiconductor product development, from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to meet project goals.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed to stay on track.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the semiconductor or chip card industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project for project planning and tracking.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to deliver projects within prescribed time frames and budgets.
