Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering suitable product recommendations.
- Manage existing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business through regular communication and support.
- Identify and establish new customer accounts by proactively reaching out to potential clients and sales outlets.
- Plan and organize daily tasks to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Provide product information and guidance to customers, with a focus on water filter products (knowledge of water filters is a plus).
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer service and sales processes.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Mandarin , Bahasa Melayu, English (spoken and written).
- Minimum of 2 year of work experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Must have a valid driving license and be willing to travel as needed.
- Knowledge of water filter products is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet sales targets.
Compensation:
- Base pay of RM2500, with uncapped commission potential for high earnings.
