This is a full-time on-site role as an Event Admin Executive at Golden Destinations by ICE Holidays Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.

Salary Range: RM3,000.00- RM3,500.00

Reporting to: Event Manager

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role, particularly in event management or a related field, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
