Job Description:

  • Assist in recruitment services in line with manpower strategies and corporate goal. Working closely with hiring managers.
  • Handling employees on-board and off-board procedure i.e. personal supporting documents, company email, access card, etc.
  • Assist in implementing. Planning and administrating human resources matters in an efficient and timely manner. This includes organizations benefit programs, employees related-record leave administration, rule & procedure.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessment.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in conducting background checks and reference checks.
  • Manages correspondence by answering call, transfer, emails and sorting mail.
  • Orders office supplies as needed and manages staff expense requests.
  • Preparing monthly summary staff attendance.
  • Preparation and assist of staff claims.
