Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing HR functions, driving employee engagement, and supporting our organizational goals. You will work closely with various departments to ensure a harmonious and productive workplace.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates and facilitate the interview process.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of candidate interactions and hiring activities.
- Extend job offers to the selected candidates, negotiate terms and conditions of employment, and coordinate the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities and other talent sources.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
- Organize and attend job fairs or any recruitment events.
- Assist in annual manpower planning for the organization.
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least a diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
