  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

They have presence across 15 markets in the region and are striving to enhance their talent acquisition team as a critical HR enabler to drive their growth ambitions. They are recruiting for a high calibre, creative Talent Acquisition Lead who can conceptualize and execute talent acquisition strategies.

Based in Kuala Lumpur and reporting to the Head of Talent Management, The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for implementing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth plans. This role includes partnering with business leaders to proactively identify, attract and secure executive talents for key leadership positions across the organization.

You should have at least 10 years of track record in talent acquisition experience, in an individual contributor role. Experience in life sciences/healthcare/medical devices industry is highly preferred. As part of the senior HR team, you can critically evaluate and recommend suitable TA strategies to support a high growth organization across multiple locations in APAC. Coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills, you are a team player, self-starter and culturally sensitive to drive talent programmes across multiple sites.
