Requirements:- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business or as equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Service of working experience, experience in the industry of Home Products and Electrical Appliances is advantage.
- Good oral and written skills in Chinese , English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidate with good phone etiquette will be added advantage.
- Mature, discipline and able to follow SOP and Leader's instructions.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Demonstrate strengths in interpersonal, team player and organizational skills.
