About the role:

The RMG Lead, reporting to Regional Head of Resource Management Group is responsible for demand fulfillment, operational efficiency, and partner management across Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand. This role involves ensuring optimal staffing solutions, managing workforce plans, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to support business operations. The candidate will play a key role in fulfilling talent demands, monitoring operational metrics, and fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders, with a focus on compliance and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Fulfillment

  • Track and ensure timely closure of talent requirements for the ASEAN region, leveraging optimal sourcing strategies.
  • Develop and oversee the Workforce Plan for Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand, ensuring a dynamic talent pool through rotation and redeployment.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) to fulfill staffing needs through external channels.
  • Manage end-to-end processes for contract hiring, including sourcing, onboarding, payments, and offboarding of Business Associates.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on demand fulfillment status and staffing requirements.

Operational Parameters

  • Track and improve workforce utilization across the region.
  • Monitor and increase headcount on Work Orders (WONs) and ensure a balanced senior-junior ratio.
  • Maintain and report on staffing service-level agreements (SLAs) and other key operational metrics.
  • Share regular updates on operational performance with leadership.

Partner Management & Client Interface

  • Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless resource management and staffing fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with HR, TAG, Learning & Development (L&D), and RMG teams across the region to align resource strategies.
  • Oversee Business Associate and Vendor Management, ensuring compliance with contracts, and managing all aspects of business associates across the region.

Personal Development & Learning

  • Stay informed on market and technology trends to maintain competitive resource management practices.
  • Identify gaps in personal competencies and pursue relevant learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

The successful candidate:

  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in technology services or consulting
  • Strong experience as a RMG Lead
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Process oriented, Assertive and good social skills
