Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
  • Required language(s): BM & English
  • Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided
  • Able to work in Rotational Shift.

Responsibility

  • Responsible for providing customer service support via incoming calls for brand customers and managing escalations.
  • Managing and monitoring social media platforms
  • Replying emails within TAT timeline
  • Handling day-to-day escalation from customers.
