Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
- Required language(s): BM & English
- Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided
- Able to work in Rotational Shift.
Responsibility
- Responsible for providing customer service support via incoming calls for brand customers and managing escalations.
- Managing and monitoring social media platforms
- Replying emails within TAT timeline
- Handling day-to-day escalation from customers.
