- Build customer journeys and data automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Manage and support client/customer lifecycle journeys, including new triggered campaigns and personalized multi-channel programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders within the International Customer Management team and local business partners to develop automated touchpoints for APJ customers
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management and implementation of marketing automation functions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Building and implementing multi-channel campaigns (Email, Push, SMS, Advertising Audiences, form/webpage creation through Cloud Pages)
- Acting as the internal SME and advocate for CRM, Marketing Automation, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Maintaining SFMC in the APJ instance to ensure data integrity and efficiency
- Building, testing, deploying, and executing highly personalized emails through end-to-end testing, HTML, and AMP script
- Assisting campaign specialists and stakeholders with troubleshooting and data complexities using SQL
- Providing recommendations for improving core KPIs (acquisition, revenue)
- Implementing testing and optimization strategies for continuous improvements
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and fostering cross-collaboration
Digital Marketing Skills
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder
- Advocating customer communication triggers and programs
- Comfortable with complexities and effective in stakeholder communication
- Strategic thinking with a proactive, execution-focused approach
- Passionate about testing, learning, and discovering customer insights
Certifications Needed
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Builder)
