About The Job
- Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, oversee progress, manage internal reporting, and handle approval processes for industrial engagements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to identify technical requirements and work with external parties on project viability.
- Project Tracking: Maintain road maps, project plans, and dashboards for all stakeholders, including Project Managers and HQ representatives.
- Communication: Establish and manage communication channels with contractors and partners regarding project direction and targets.
- Technical Alignment: Translate business requirements into technical solutions and guide teams on vendor analysis and negotiations.
- Financial Oversight: Collaborate with finance teams on budgeting, purchase orders, invoicing, and payments.
- Continuous Improvement: Facilitate post-implementation reviews to refine future planning.
- Sustainability Focus: Leverage experience in the industrial building sector to support sustainable practices and ESG initiatives.
- Risk Management: Oversee project migration plans, risk registers, contract administration, and health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE) matters.
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline
- Minimum of 15 years working experience property development
