We are looking for a motivated Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users seeking assistance with IT-related issues. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting, resolving incidents and providing exceptional IT support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over phone, chat or web.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
- Follow-up and update customer status and information.
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team.
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
- Maintain documentation of procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and user satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin & Malay both written and spoken.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any IT/related field OR equivalent experience.
- Working Hours: Normal Working Hours Monday to Friday (Shift start between 7:00am to 9:00am).
- Work Location: Technology Park Malaysia (TPM), Bukit Jalil.
