We are looking for a motivated Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users seeking assistance with IT-related issues. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting, resolving incidents and providing exceptional IT support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over phone, chat or web.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information.
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team.
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
  • Maintain documentation of procedures and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and user satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin & Malay both written and spoken.
  • Open to fresh graduates.
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any IT/related field OR equivalent experience.
  • Working Hours: Normal Working Hours Monday to Friday (Shift start between 7:00am to 9:00am).
  • Work Location: Technology Park Malaysia (TPM), Bukit Jalil.
