APAC Senior Sales Analyst

Job Functions:

We're seeking a Senior Sales Analyst who will manage organization's data and provide critical support to management in understanding data for strategic decision-making. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our master dataset, creating and developing reports, troubleshooting data-related issues, addressing team concerns, and ensuring the integrity of our organization's data. Additionally, you will ensure that our CRM systems effectively support business processes through strong data management practices.

Essential Position Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyse the periodical (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, etc.) and requested reports, utilize data visualization and innovative BI tools to ensure data analysis is easy consumable, provides clear stories and opportunities for actions with Managers.
  • Tracking and analyzing the progress of pipeline and opportunities through various stages of the sales process, ensuring timely follow-ups, collaborating with sales teams, and employing data-driven insights to optimize the pipeline's efficiency.
  • Perform deep dive into sales process, sales cycle, opportunity management data to support forecasting, pipeline management, quota and KPIs setting.
  • Form close working with Regional Sales Excellence and peers across other countries, sharing team insights and best practices.
  • Coordinate with the Country Manager and Chief Accountant in driving forecast accuracy within the organization.
  • Assist in maintaining data systems and databases; this includes fixing other data-related problems.
  • Regularly conduct data quality assessments and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Assist in system integration efforts.
  • Correct data quality errors, either with system tools or collaborating with programmers.
  • Other activities related to business analyzing and process.

Position Qualifications

  • Experience in Office 365 configuring (tenant, Exchange, Skype for Business Online)
  • Have experience in the position of Sales Admin/Business Intelligence/Data Analyst.
  • Knowledge and practical working experience in CRM system and database.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and BI tools (Power BI practice is an advantage).
  • English fluency in speaking and writing.

  • Ability to successfully review & analyse data and reports to extract meaningful insights that drive strategies and executive decision-making processes.
  • Ability to synthesize data, frame insight and relate it to business.
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers with strong grasp on numbers.
  • Self-starter and positive with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, quick learning ability, excellent time management skills, and capacity to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
