Your Role:

As a Learning Shared Services Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our Global Learning Services vision. You will manage our Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS), and Learning Experience Platforms (LxP) such as Cornerstone, Xyleme, and Degreed. Your role will involve supporting customers and end-users by working closely with field administrators to register, support e-learning, and handle training support requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Maintenance and Operations Support: Partner with LMS providers to stay updated on system specifications and updates, providing end-user support as needed.
  • Learning Administration Support: Manage courses, curricula, certifications, and user enrollments. Upload and validate various course content across multiple platforms.
  • Documentation Support: Develop and maintain training and job aids for users, contributing to business project process documentation.
  • Digital Content Production: Create engaging course interfaces and instructional graphics, translating instructional concepts into interactive graphics or animations.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality processes, including peer audits and manual testing of assets before and after deployment.

What You’ll Need:

  • A Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in an LMS environment (Cornerstone, Degreed, or Xyleme preferred).
  • Proficiency in content curation and troubleshooting eLearning content issues.
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A solid understanding of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and major AstraZeneca business drivers.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to build productive relationships and communicate effectively across various levels.
