Job Summary:

TradingPRO is seeking an organized and proactive Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in executing various marketing campaigns and initiatives. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the team to ensure all marketing efforts run smoothly, from content creation and event coordination to data tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, content marketing).
  • Help coordinate webinars, online events, and expos, including scheduling, promotional materials, and participant communication.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the trading industry.
  • Support content creation by drafting marketing materials, blog posts, and social media updates.
  • Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns, assisting with data collection and reporting.
  • Assist in managing and updating the company’s website and social media profiles.
  • Liaise with designers, writers, and other external vendors to ensure timely production of marketing assets.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing marketing materials, and maintaining marketing calendars.
  • Help manage customer inquiries and communications on social media or through email marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Intern, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, email marketing).
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in financial markets and trading is a plus.
