  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are currently looking for an Assistant General Trade Manager for one of the lead MNC players in the FMCG skincare space. This position requires your urgent attention.

  • Reporting to: General Trade Manager
  • Location: Selangor
  • Team size: 4

the role

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market reach and drive sales within the General Trade channel, maximizing profitability through efficient budget management and pricing strategies.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key distributors, resellers, and retailers, providing support and resources to ensure their success and optimize channel performance.
  • Analyze channel performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement corrective actions based on key metrics (Net Sales, IMS, DIH, etc.) to ensure business goals are consistently met.
  • Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure customer satisfaction, drive product launches and promotions, and achieve strategic objectives.

the experience

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
  • General Trade experience in the skincare industry is desirable.
  • Experience managing distributor sales executives/representatives.
  • Independent and results-driven.
