We are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Manager to manage and enhance The Meatmen Group’s brand presence through our social media channels and digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies, managing social media platforms, and driving engagement for our brand. This role will focus on internal marketing efforts to promote our own agency’s services, values, and unique food content as well as assisting other Marketing and Project Managers with client accounts.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • This role will primarily focus on internal marketing efforts through unique food content, ultimately strengthening our market position. Additionally, you will assist other Marketing and Project Managers with creative strategy, copywriting, and marketing outreach efforts as and when needed.
  • You will be responsible for developing content & growth strategies, setting milestones for the marketing team as well as ensuring clear communication happens within the marketing team and between the marketing team and the rest of the team.
  • Develop and manage social media strategies for The Meatmen Channel’s platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), driving engagement and growth.
  • Lead the creative ideation of engaging content (videos, blogs, posts) that reflects our brand's identity and promotes our services.
  • Plan and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent flow of fresh, relevant content across all channels.
  • Create and execute internal marketing campaigns that showcase The Meatmen Group’s capabilities and strengthens brand awareness.
  • Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and branding across all internal and external materials.
  • Monitor social media metrics and performance, providing regular reports on engagement, growth, and areas for improvement with actionable insights.
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop multimedia assets that support content strategies, and align with marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or advertising to lead and manage the marketing team.
  • Strong understanding of brand development and multi-channel marketing concepts.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) and experience in managing content calendars.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, audience-focused content.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for design and the ability to collaborate with visual content creators.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus, but not required.
  • A passion for digital marketing, with the ability to stay updated on the latest trends.
