  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Role Description

We’re looking for Junior Architect to be part of our team who will be handling various on-going projects eg residential, commercial and masterplans.

  • To assist the Lead Architect in various phases of projects
  • To manage and produce architectural drawings, models, documents, and other related data in an organised manner
  • To attend meetings eg CCM, TCM, Site Meetings and prepare meeting minutes
  • To be able to generste conceptual and schematic design

Highly suitable if you are:

  • Looking for hands-on experience with a wide variety of exposure to different phases.
  • Planning to sit for Part III as the experience provided is directly relevant.
  • Keen on elevating your portfolio with high end developments.

Qualifications

  • Mininum Master in Architecture / LAM Part 2 accredition is required for this position
  • Minimum 2 years working experience
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup/Rhino, Photoshop and Ms Office
  • BIM modelling and Management with Revit is an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Good communication skills in English and BM for liaising with clients, consultants and Local authorities
  • Passionate in design and possesses strong design flair for conceptual phase
