We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Talent Sourcer for a 3-month contract to support our recruitment efforts in Batu Kawan.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Hiring Managers:

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate requirements.

Candidate Sourcing:

Proactively source candidates through online platforms, networking, and employee referrals.
Utilize sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS to find both active and passive candidates.
Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Screening & Interview Coordination:

Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling.
Provide timely feedback to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Salary Approval & Offer Management:

Work with HR and compensation teams to ensure salary packages align with company standards.
Assist in salary negotiations and manage offer approval processes.
Ensure offers are extended in a timely manner to selected candidates.

Onboarding Process:

Facilitate the onboarding process by coordinating with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure all pre-hire documentation is complete.
Assist in organizing orientation and onboarding activities for new hires.
Ensure a seamless transition for new employees into their roles.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
1-2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or human resources.
Familiarity with sourcing platforms.
