Their projects aim to attract a diverse mix of tenants, especially in retail and wholesale sectors.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with Leasing Activities

  • Assist on preparation and processing of leasing documents, including prospective tenants' background check, tenancy agreements, renewals and terminations.
  • Assist in scheduling and conducting site visits for prospective tenants.
  • Follow up with prospective tenants regarding their interest and rental proposal.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure that any tenant-related issues are addressed promptly.
  • Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs, including coordinating inspections, handover & surrender of premise.


Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant information such as tenant contact, email, address and tenancy agreement.
  • Prepare marketing materials and update property listings on various platforms.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of leasing reports and other documentation when required.
  • Monitor tenant utility charge payment by tenant to Building Management or back-charge and any other utility charge by the landlord.
  • Assist to prepare related payment such as Quit Rent, Assessment or others when required.


Marketing

  • Support marketing efforts by posting advertisements on social media and property listing websites.


Financial

  • Assist in the collection of rent, security deposits and admin fees.
  • Prepare and issue rent reminders, notices and tenant correspondent if necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions related to leasing.


Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in property management, leasing, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationship with tenants.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
