About the Role:

As a Product Lister, you will play a crucial role in driving online sales by creating and optimizing product listings on various e-commerce platforms, primarily on Shopify. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our products are accurately and attractively presented to our target customers, maximizing their visibility and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and Optimize Product Listings: Develop compelling product listings that accurately describe product features, benefits, and specifications. Utilize SEO best practices to improve search engine visibility.
  • Manage Product Data: Maintain and update product information, including pricing, inventory levels, and product images. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track product listing performance metrics, including sales, click-through rates, and customer reviews. Identify opportunities for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
  • Stay Updated on E-commerce Trends: Keep abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to optimize listing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to gather product information, ensure brand consistency, and implement promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. This is very important
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify > eBay > Amazon)
  • Good understanding of data integrity and some experience with ERP systems.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles
