This is a full-time on-site role as an Event Coordinator at Golden Destinations by ICE Holidays Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.

Position: Event Coordinator

Salary Range: RM2,500.00- RM3,000.00

Reporting to: Event Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support for event setup, dismantling, and logistics.
  • Coordinate event activities, managing effective communication with venues, event organizers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain timelines and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure all event details are managed effectively.
  • Handle unexpected challenges with composure, providing solutions on-site to ensure events meet client and company expectations.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage relationships across different teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in high-pressure situations.
  • Prior experience in event coordination or management is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.
