Job Descriptions:
· Process sales orders and ensure they are accurately entered into the system.
· Track and monitor sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues that arise.
· Response to client concerns and feedback.
· Follow up customer payment and update any outstanding in sales report.
· Design creative sales strategies to push more sales.
· Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and managing correspondence.
· Handle routine clerical duties including filing, typing, and data entry.
Requirements:
· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
· Have good communication skills and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
· Required skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), research and analytical skills.
