  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary :

As a Sales Executive, You are responsible in bringing in new customers and grow revenue for their company. Your expert communication skills help your team generate leads, increase customer engagement, and close more deals

  • Customer Acquisition - follow up with newly sign-up customer and guide them along to close the deal.
  • Customer Retention - maintain professional attitude and customer feedback, complain in order to build good strong relationship
  • Customer with customer via multiple channel - WhatsApp , SMS, Live Chat, Phone call & etc
  • Understand the current market needs - stay up to trend about the market promotion & expectation then feedback & brainstorm with superior

Working Schedule :

  • Normal Working Hour (9.00am -6.00pm)

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 1/2 years of proven experience in a customer service manager position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Mandarin ( speak, write and read) , English,
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills.
