  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Nature of Business: Established property developer company

  • Digitalisation support
  • Supports the facilitation of the group’s digitalisation initiative, including the adoption of innovation and digitisation, as well as testing and integration of new technology.

Business Analysis

  • Supports team in project requirements gathering and management.
  • Supports team in the testing and review of technical design specifications from business requirements, covering technical aspects such as password complexity and application security.

Day-to-Day Operations

  • Supports users on hardware and software operations and maintenance.
  • Supports user creation and maintenance (AD, Office 365).
  • Supports systems backup and recovery.
  • Supports network maintenance and remote access.
  • Supports infrastructure maintenance, tech refresh and improvement.
  • Supports maintenance and setup of new office.
  • Supports IT related inventory maintenance, software audit, disposal.
  • Supports internal and external audits.

DESIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:

  • Qualification and experience:
  • Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology; or
  • Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology with at least 2 years of experience in IT/Computer Network/System/Application Support or equivalent in a corporate setting.
  • Resourceful, able to multitask and possesses a sense of urgency.
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Has keen interest to analyse, develop, and propose solutions to issues on IT applications or platforms.
  • Ability to prioritise conflicting priorities, and work under pressure and dynamic pace to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Preferably possesses some expertise and hands-on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3 and APIs.
  • Preferably understands IT frameworks & processes e.g. ITIL, SDLC, POC, Agile/Scrum, enterprise architecture.
  • Exposure to cybersecurity methodologies, processes and controls.
  • Interest and exposure in emerging technologies (e.g. RPA, API, IOT, big data, chatbot, etc) will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh grads can consider

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
