We are looking for a motivated Finance and Admin Associate to assist with financial tasks and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support our team in ensuring smooth daily operations.

Job Description:

As a Finance and Admin Associate, you will work under one of the subsidiaries within the iS.net Group. You will support financial transactions and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and smooth operations within the subsidiary. An executive will be provided to lead the Associate with finance and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities (Finance):

* Assist with daily financial transactions including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.

* Prepare financial records and ensure they are up to date and accurate.

* Help with payroll processing and tracking employee deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB).

* Assist in preparing financial reports such as expense claims, budget tracking, and monthly financial statements.

* Support financial audits by organizing relevant documentation.

* Ensure accuracy in processing supplier invoices and expense claims.

Key Responsibilities (Admin):

* Maintain and organize office documents, including filing and updating records.

* Assist in managing office supplies and ensuring the smooth functioning of office equipment.

* Help with scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and other administrative tasks as required.

* Assist with the preparation of quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders.

* Provide support for the company’s procurement activities and vendor management.

* Help update and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for administrative and finance work.

Required Qualifications:

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Fresh Graduate or minimum of 1 year of experience in a finance or administrative role are encouraged to apply.

* Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and financial software (QuickBooks is a plus).

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Familiarity with local tax regulations and payroll management.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.

* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
