Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with travel planning and arrangements, focusing on international travel.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel requirements, and itineraries.
- Manage the booking process for international flights, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requests.
- Research and recommend travel packages, accommodations, and activities based on client preferences.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, delivering excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on airline policies, ticketing procedures, and travel regulations.
- Resolve ticketing issues, cancellations, and changes efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and enhance service delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in travel consulting or a similar role, with a focus on international ticketing.
- Proficiency in global distribution systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Knowledge of travel regulations and visa requirements for various countries.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Malay or other languages is a plus.
- Must be a local residence from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
