Job Overview

The Senior HR Executive will play a key role in managing human resource operations, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention within a sustainable training environment. Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

a. Lead recruitment efforts to attract talent aligned with the organization's sustainability mission.

b. Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and industry partners to promote job opportunities.

c. Oversee onboarding programs that emphasize the importance of sustainability in daily operations.

2. Employee Development & Training:

a. Design and implement training programs focused on sustainability, green leadership, and continuous learning.

b. Collaborate with department heads to assess skill gaps and offer training solutions that promote both personal and professional growth.

c. Lead the development of leadership pipelines and succession planning to support the center's long-term sustainability goals.

3. Performance Management:

a. Manage performance appraisal processes, ensuring they reflect the organization’s sustainability objectives.

b. Guide managers and employees through performance improvement strategies, focusing on fostering a collaborative and green workplace culture.

4. Employee Engagement & Retention:

a. Implement HR strategies that foster a positive, inclusive, and eco-conscious work environment.

b. Conduct employee engagement surveys and develop action plans to address areas for improvement.

c. Drive wellness initiatives and programs promoting work-life balance and environmental sustainability.

5. HR Policy & Compliance:

a. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, especially concerning environmental labor practices.

b. Review and update HR policies to align with sustainability standards.

c. Provide guidance and interpretation of HR policies to management and staff.

6. Compensation & Benefits:

a. Collaborate with the HR team to develop fair and competitive compensation packages, aligning with the organization’s sustainability values.

b. Manage employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and environmental initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education : Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or certification in sustainability or green business is a plus.

Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role. Experience in a sustainability-focused or educational institution is preferred.

Skills:

· Strong knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws.
