Retail Sales Assistant

Responsibility:

• Recommend and promote product that meet customers’ needs and objectives.
• To ensure the environment clean and safe for staff and customer.
• Possesses a positive work attitude and able to perform multi-tasking.
• A customer service representative who supports the day-to-day business operations of the retail store in meeting sales target/KPIs in line with business objectives.
• Involve in cashier
• To ensure customer is serve well and maintain good relationship.
• Handle customer query or complain

Requirement:

• Possessing own transport
• Individuals who are hardworking, matured and of pleasant personality are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
• Good in communication and basic writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to complete work independently.
• Passionate in sales.
• Minimum SPM qualification
• Good personal skill
• Professional in caring for customer

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week

Schedule:

• Afternoon shift
• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend jobs

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bukit Jalil: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
• Bahasa (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)

Location:

• Bukit Jalil (Preferred)
