Willing to work at Hospital Ampang.
Report to the Company's Operations Manager directly related with branch operations and administration.
Monitor and supervise customer service standards (patients) and hospital management to ensure service meet the set standards.
Make an inspection to ensure that the F&B standard is consistent and practiced for high quality production with cooperation from all parties, especially the production department and department service.
Control and supervise aspects of human resources / personnel within human resource planning, cooperation, discipline, development and training, staff motivation and welfare.
Communicate and cooperate with other departments in handling operational problems.
Plan and prepare proposal papers, ideas and suggestions related to promotional and marketing activities for branches with insight to increase profits and sales.
Establish a professional business relationship with management hospitals, patients and visitors by offering services that quality as well as ensuring VIP services are implemented to the involved.
Prepare monthly reports and other related reports.
Ensure that all staff are well dressed and presentable neat self guided by the guidelines that have been set.
Identify training needs and conduct periodic training sessions for the purpose of maintaining the service provided is at the level which is high.
Supervise payments from rent, official banquets etc.
Coordinate service standards and food preparation.
Carry out other duties and responsibilities given by the leader directly from time to time.
