About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our K-12 school's marketing team. This pivotal role will be responsible for planning and executing our student recruitment and marketing funnel activities, working closely with Brand Communications and Campaign Planning & Effectiveness teams, as well as our 3rd party agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive student recruitment and brand awareness
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Google, and TikTok
- Oversee lead generation efforts, including setup and management of lead form integrations using tools like Zapier
- Maintain and optimize the school's website, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices
- Analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Semrush
- Plan and execute marketing automation campaigns via email, WhatsApp, and SMS
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience (min. 6 years) in digital marketing
- Proficiency in performance marketing platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Experience with lead form integrations and backend setups (e.g., Zapier)
- Strong understanding of Website Content Management Systems
- Expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and practices
- Proficiency in analytical tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Semrush
- Knowledge of marketing automation via email, WhatsApp, and SMS
- Familiarity with CRM and Direct Marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Sales & Marketing Cloud, HubSpot)
