EMP TEAM is either a life insurance and family takaful services agency under Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad and Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service and Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This dual role involves providing exceptional customer support while also managing recruitment processes to attract and onboard top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:

• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with payment collection and resolve any billing issues.
• Provide support and guidance to customers, ensuring a positive experience and addressing concerns effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Recruitment:

• Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit for the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prefer immediately applicant
• Experience in customer service and recruitment is advantage
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
