Governance, Risk and Integrity:
Understand, at minimal:
Drive, lead and/or assist in:
- To coordinate and collaborate with project client for the preparation, submission and approval of Master Concept Plan, Master Layout Plan, in-Phase Layout Plan, Replanning and other related land use development plans
- Submission of MCP, MPL and securing approvals within stipulated time
- To practice and comply SDP standard of quality, environmental, safety, and health in providing services in related to Land Planning.
- Appointment of consultant and monitoring of performance.
- Responsible to ensure all related payments under Land Planning & Management and all development projects are sufficient for disbursement.
- To work closely with project consultants and other support services units in delivering a feasible and quality MCP/MLP as per given project brief.
- To liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure all requirements are complied with for smoother process on the approval/endorsement.
- To coordinate, monitor and control the performance of all projects/ planning technical consultants on the delivery development plans.
- To work closely with Township Heads, Project Consultants & other support services units in delivering a feasible and quality MCP/MLP and ensuring KM approval is obtained as per scheduled.
- Manage and guide consultants in preparation of land use development plans (MCP/MLP/Pre Comp/Strata) in compliance to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 & MS1722
- Manage technical inputs obtained from other internal department for the preparation of land use development plan
- Supervise the preparation and submission of land use development plan for authority approval and to manage development plan approval process to ensure land use development approvals are obtained within an acceptable time period to meet company's business objective.
- Ensure that all authority comments are obtained prior to development approval
- To work cohesively with Contract dept and HOT in the appointment of Town Planner
- To assist head to undertake research and analyse industry data eg. state development plan, district structure plan, district local plan, district action plan etc.
- Monitor consultant and prepare monthly report
- Accountable to assist manager on project approval with respect to MCP, MLP, Land Conversion, land Sub Division, land Matters

- To enable for Development Charges and Infrastructure Service Fund (ISF) and DID Contribution to be paid upon KM approval
- Payment with regards to the Land Prevmium, Quit Rent Assessment, Surve Deposition and Land Title registration fees
- Enable the Building Plan submitted for approval once KM endorsed by Authority
- Enable for Developer Licnes and advertising permit applications
- MOT execution could be implemented once the individual titles are issued
