As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering customized learning and development solutions to our clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, providing expert advice, and offering tailored solutions that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and workforce development needs.
- Provide consultative advice, recommending AZEO’s tailored solutions in learning, development, and talent management.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and success by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Drive sales growth through strategic client engagement and account management.
Qualifications:
- Strong consultative sales experience, ideally in the learning and development or corporate training industry.
- Proven ability to build relationships with corporate clients and understand their business objectives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is preferred.
