Job Description
- Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy.
- Training staff to follow restaurant procedures.
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
- Organizing staff schedules and rostering
- Keeping track of employees’ hours
- Oversee daily production and staffing, report to the Management.
- Assist on monthly stock count and report to the Management.
- Overseeing daily cash flow as per SOP and report to the Management.
- Demonstrates and train team to maintain high levels of services.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years for Supervisor / Managerial working experience in either fast food chain, restaurant or a catering company.
- Able to work long hours, weekends and public holidays.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Verbal and Written)
- Possess good customer service skills and mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Rotational shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
Experience:
- F&B managerial: 3 years (Required)
