  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy.
  • Training staff to follow restaurant procedures.
  • Maintaining safety and food quality standards
  • Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
  • Organizing schedules
  • Keeping track of employees’ hours
  • Oversee daily production and staffing, report to the Top Management.
  • Assist on monthly stock count and report to the Top Management.
  • Overseeing daily cash flow as per SOP and report to the Top Management.
  • Demonstrates and help maintain high levels of services.
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years for Supervisor working experience in either fast food chain, restaurant or a catering company.
  • Able to work long hours, weekends and public holidays.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Verbal and Written)
  • Possess exceptional customer service skills and mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay

Experience:

  • F&B: 3 years (Required)
