Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Support the preparation and organization of meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and minute-taking.
  • Help maintain and update company databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Participate in various projects and assignments, providing research, analysis, and recommendations as needed.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Assist in customer service activities, including responding to inquiries and providing information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.
  • Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
  • Assist in Business Department & Online Sales Department’s activities

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Can start intern with the company for at least 3 months.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
