A retail company is looking for Business Intern to join them in growing their business.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Support the preparation and organization of meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and minute-taking.
- Help maintain and update company databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Participate in various projects and assignments, providing research, analysis, and recommendations as needed.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Assist in customer service activities, including responding to inquiries and providing information to clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
- Assist in Business Department & Online Sales Department’s activities
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Can start intern with the company for at least 3 months.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
