Thus, we are looking for an HR & Admin intern to:

  • Coordinate interview sessions based on the availability of Hiring Manager and candidates
  • Liasing with Hiring Manager for recruitment process like screening, scouting and setting up interviews
  • Process recruitment-related documentations
  • Liaise with candidates from point of offer to onboarding
  • Assist in setting up phone/ face to face interviews
  • Assist in Office Management related queries to ensure smooth office operations and environment
  • Assist Operations Executive and Finance Department with Staff Claim Management
  • Working closely with HR Manager regarding employee relations tasks, like Leaves Management, Attendance etc
  • Coordinate with HR & Admin Department in planning and running employee engagement activities for staff engagement.
  • Assist in planning and preparing for company events
  • Attend to any ad-hoc tasks required by HR Manager
