Job Requirements
- Develop and implement QAQC plans and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and audits of construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and specifications.
- Review and approve materials and workmanship to ensure they meet project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and audits.
- Provide training and guidance to construction staff on QAQC procedures.
- Prepare and present QAQC reports to management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in QAQC role within the construction industry.
- Good knowledge of building products, construction details, relevant rules and regulations on quality standards
- Knowledge of MS ISO9001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, Qlassic, MS Office and AutoCAD
- Required Skill(s): Excellent time and project management skills, good communication both oral and written skills
