Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement QAQC plans and procedures.
  • Conduct inspections and audits of construction activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and specifications.
  • Review and approve materials and workmanship to ensure they meet project requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and audits.
  • Provide training and guidance to construction staff on QAQC procedures.
  • Prepare and present QAQC reports to management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in QAQC role within the construction industry.
  • Good knowledge of building products, construction details, relevant rules and regulations on quality standards
  • Knowledge of MS ISO9001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, Qlassic, MS Office and AutoCAD
  • Required Skill(s): Excellent time and project management skills, good communication both oral and written skills
