- Expert in Malaysian Labor Laws, ensures compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Addresses all HR matters and additional tasks as required by management.
Recruitment and Hiring
- Leads talent acquisition, including recruitment, interviews, and hiring.
- Partners with management to identify job requirements.
Employee Relations
- Advises on resolving employee issues.
- Implements HR policies and communicates effectively with employees.
Training and Development
- Works with management to identify and implement training and development strategies.
- Identify and Implement KPI for relevant departments
- Initiates Employee Engagement initiatives to promote a positive culture and high-performance.
Performance Management
- Monitors and enhances workforce productivity through KPIs.
- Develops appraisal systems and talent pipelines.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong positivity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude, proactive, independent, and highly motivated individual.
