Performance Management

  • Monitors and enhances workforce productivity through KPIs.
  • Develops appraisal systems and talent pipelines.
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong positivity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, independent, and highly motivated individual.
