- To support overall human resource and business administrative matters.
- Handle the recruitment process including job posting, screening, setting up interviews.
- Handle the foreign worker and expatriate permit application and renewal.
- Update internal databases with new hire information.
- Assist to handle new employees onboarding process.
- Prepare HR documentation for employees P-files and ensure required personnel records are in order.
- Update and maintain employee record such as Attendance, Leave and MC & Medical Claim.
- Handle foreign worker relations, dealing with supervisor and agent on worker attendance or performance issue (if any).
- Responsible for general administrative matter, maintain records of all administrative expenses, checking subcon invoices.
- Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma & Degree in any related field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proven time management and prioritizing skills, ability to work in a team and coordinate the work within the team.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.
- Multitask, self-motivated, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Possess own transport & willing to travel.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
