  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Having strategic mindset with task inclusive of conducting opportunity assessment, market analysis and planning of procurement strategy through competitive bidding/ direct/ tactical negotiation.
  • Lead in conducting procurement process, vendor negotiation in both the commercials and contracts commercial terms up to successful closure of contract, inclusive of accurate reporting of savings, post contract management/ vendor management.
  • To drive contract harmonization, including single contract and price harmonization for CelcomDigi and good management of on-time contract renewal.
  • Management of Stakeholder from Procurement perspective and Procurement Services Provider, as applicable, including alignment of Procurement strategies up to management buy-in.
  • To work closely with Stakeholder and Finance on 4 quarter budget planning.
  • Strict compliance to Procurement Policy and Manuals and all control standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years working experience as Category Expert/ Strategic Procurement/ Technology/ Project Manager in Network/ IT area, preferably in Telecommunication industry.
  • Respective degrees relating to Telecommunication, Business Studies, Engineering or IT.
  • Minimum 7 years working experience as Category Expert/ Strategic Procurement/ Technology/ Project Manager in Network Engineering/ IT area, preferably in Telecommunication industry.
  • Ability to interact with influence inclusive of leading in presentation for approval forums with all level of management and stakeholder.
  • Able to work independently, self-initiator.
  • MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Procurement relevant tools.
