- Handling complex accounting tasks, financial analysis, financial statement preparation and audit documentation
- Liaising with tax consultants on tax planning, tax estimation, tax filing, tax queries, tax audit and tax payment.
- Identify, report and resolve accounting related operational issues, discrepancies and abnormal transactions.
- Oversee and manage accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Prepare and review monthly / quarterly / annual financial statements, reconciliation of accounts including inter-company balances.
- Manage the monthly cash flow position and credit control.
- To monitor AR and AP to ensure payment is collected or prepared within the timeline.
- Liaising with company secretaries, lawyers, government authorities, bankers, etc
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
- Min Diploma
- Min 2 -3years account experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements and proficiency in accounting software
- Fluently spoken/written/read in English and Mandarin is preferred
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
