  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for all MY & SG entities financial records:

  • Oversee and delivery quality financial reporting related to Marketplace Finance for month/quarter/year-end close.
  • Liaising and active interaction with business team and other finance team member on daily task, including but not limited to sellers payment related queries, sellers statement related queries, etc
  • Require to handle all marketplace finance related tasks for multiples entities registered in MY & SG
  • Review payout to sellers ensure bank reconciliation are correct, and make sure all balance sheet reconciliation for Marketplace related GL are reconciled and supported
  • Accountable for all manual adjustment in system, and able to reconcile after adjustment done
  • Responsible for all fees setting in system to ensure accurate charges to sellers
  • Support on internal and external audit, manage stakeholders and ensure timely submission of audit requests.
  • Take lead on new business initiatives, work on streamline and standardization of processes and new system implementations.
  • Review GST/SST reporting to ensure MP related GST/SST reported correctly
  • Maintaining and ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to company guidelines
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Able to work in fast-paced and high transactions volume environment
  • Able to multitask and work under high pressure
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle key stakeholders
  • Good problem-solving skills, with proven ability to apply finance knowledge and experience to a diverse range of financial issues specifically in marketplace area
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Prefer candidate with SAP accounting software knowledge
