- Organize and decides which tasks need to be done by kitchen staff.
- Replenish supplies such as plates, drinking cups and glasses, cutlery and kitchen items.
- Notify supervisor concerning the need for revamp in food menus for both buffet and ala carte.
- Observe cleanliness in food preparation as required to protect resort and guests.
- Deliver or delegate delivery of food items as requested by guests.
- Making sure that all cooking utensils, equipment and facilities are clean and in hygienic condition.
- To provide balance, attractively served, well-prepared meals with good variety.
- Actively communicate & work in team.
- Attend to customers.
- Preparing and serving order (foods & drinks).
- Performing to keep cafeteria and working area clean and tidy.
- Responsible and self dedicated.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness at the time.
- Hardworking, committed and responsible.
- Minimum SPM qualifications.
- Speak fluent Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin.
